Lake Club At Polaris

I was saved by an angel and her name is Molly! After being missed lead from another Apartment complex in Easton and denied the keys on move in day that was scheduled on August 2nd. My roommate and I were left with no choice but to stay in a hotel that night homeless (moving from Chicago). The next day we called every apartment in Easton and Polaris having no luck in the first 7 calls for August move in days (nothing available in August from a 1 bedrooms to 2). Scrambling through our brains I remembered I had a really good call back in late June with Molly (we Instantly connected). So I called her office and asked if there was anything available? She said, we have a 1 bedroom available now! I was like wow can I see it now? As soon as we drove in, it was the best customer service I have ever had thus far. She made us laugh and smile the entire time of the leasing process. She got us approved within an hour and we got the keys! I was so amazed, it was quick and smooth the entire time. Thank you Molly!!!

After searching for apartments around Columbus and feeling hopeless. Im so glad that I met Molly at Lake club in Polaris. She made my roommate and I feel welcomed and cared for. She listen to all or concerns and said all the right things. Application process was smooth did not feel it was a hassle. We were even smiling and laughing the whole time. She explain things and walked us through the leasing process. Molly is very knowledgeable she even gave us a discount off the application fee because I worked at Costco. She even said if all goes well we can get approved on the same day and we did!! If it wasnt for Molly I probably wouldve still been living in hotels. Thank you Molly for the positive experience!!!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Lake Club at Polaris. Everyone who works here is beyond caring and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you truly feel at home. Maintenance is quick with their responses and to get the job done. Neighbors are all respectful and wave hello when you go by. We have loved living here and would recommend it to anyone!!

Beautiful property that's well maintained. Staff is great and maintenance responds within reasonable time period. Lots of parking and option for a garage add on. Plus nice clubhouse, pool and fitness center.

I've lived there about 9 months and this is what I'd call good value. Reasonably priced, and the apartments are well taken care of. We were surprised how good they look on the inside. My favorite thing has been that maintenance has come out quickly to fix any problems we've had, which is different than a lot of other complex. We really like these guys!

Lake Club at Polaris is an outstanding place to call home. I have lived here for a year and a half, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they work very hard to meet the needs of those who live here and consistently go above and beyond expectations. For the high quality facilities & amenities, safe & quiet location with close access to Polaris shopping & interstate 71, and super friendly staff, it is an excellent value for the price! 5/5, highly recommend!

I just recently moved from The Lake Club and it was bitter sweet. I just had a baby and moved to a house which is great but it was hard to say goodbye to this community. The staff is amazing and the maintenance staff was the best I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

Lake Club (Brittany) was such a relief after having a bad experience in our prior residence. The move in process was made very easy, quick, and smooth compared to what we had went through previous to living here. We couldn’t have picked a better community to live in! Thank you Champion! Lake club (Brittany) really took the time to really dig deep and show us the benefits of making the move here they made it easy as possible and the apartments are so clean and nice for the price it’s really worth it and me and my partner was in after just a week or less very nice and polite people in the office 10/10 Recommend!

They are very responsible, it doesn't take long for maintenance to get to your home if something is wrong. a great community. The people at the office treated you the best

Everyone in the office and maintenence staff are so kind, caring about the residents that live here.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is awesome. Any time I have put in a maintenance request they have come either the same day or the very next day... even when the request wasn't anything major. It doesn't matter if I put the request in through the office staff or the website. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and thorough.

We’re living here for 2 years & I never had any complaint About the complex! They pay super attention to service requests. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The center is very beautiful. They have good playground for kids . Can’t be more satisfied!

Lived at lake club for almost a year now and have really loved it! The staff is so kind and extremely helpful. Maintenance is beyond fast and efficient! They don’t just bandaid things, they make sure it’s fixed before moving on. One thing that has stood out is how friendly and warm our neighbors are! Everyone waves and says hello. Cannot say enough good things about lake club at Polaris!!!

So many friendly people here, especially the staff! Very dog friendly with dogs at the park at all times of day. Super convenient, will respond to maintenance requests within the day, responds to emails quickly, and best of all, free coffee!
