    In the 3 years that I've lived here, DELPHIA MAY has swiftly resolved the few small issues that have cropped up! Moreover, at renewal time, she has honored the few small requests I've made (ie carpet cleaning). I very much appreciate her hard work and the fact that she is always available to help! Thank you Delphia! You've really made a difference in our community!

    Didnt listen to half the the things we said was wrong with our apartment. They were suppose to come and fix things and I think they came out once to 1 problem we had. When we moved out they tried to take us to court, saying we werent moved out at a certain time when we had proof we were. We also didnt do any damages to the place and 3 months later we still havent received our deposit back.

    Our pipe from the bathtub busted Saturday. It is now Monday and still not fixed and cant shower. Parking issues
