Very helpful and hopefully very protected

Okay so the place is affordable, on the coast of lake Erie, is dog friendly and the management is actually responsive. It is not the flashiest place to live but what it lacks in flash it makes up for with affordable pricing, and a great maintenance.They are constantly improving the place too. It is a little older of a building but the heating and cooling work well and the walls are built in a way that you almost never hear anyone around you. The property manager (at the time of writing this) James is incredible and you can always count on him to help you out.
For the price and what you get you would be ridiculous not to consider living at the Shoreham.

Very attentive front office who are always willing to help out. Very responsive to maintenance requests and following up to make sure everything is all good. Only downside that I can think of are the hours and room temperature of the fitness area, it would be nice if it opened earlier and were a little cooler in there.
