        Courtney gave me a tour of the building and apartment I was interested in. The washer dryer in every suite was a great selling point. The closets are spacious and well located throughout the apartment. It's the place I want to live.

        Overpriced. Elevators are never working and when they are, someone is moving in or out and has it reserved all day. Maintenance never comes. Been locked out of our unit due to our door breaking and not properly getting fixed. Maintenance will say they came and fixed your issue and they never did. Kind of dirty and outdated in general. Definitely not worth it for the price, you can find a MUCH better place.

        Several of my friends have lived at Castlewood and have spoken very highly of the community, amenities, and staff. As soon as I set up a time to tour the complex in December, the property manager (Jason) called me to confirm the appointment and answer any preliminary questions I may have had. I was able to tour a newly upgraded unit, which looked amazing and had high-quality finishes. The leasing consultant (Courtney) has been extremely helpful throughout the process and answers all of my questions in a timely and friendly manner. Overall, they made a great impression, which is why I'm currently on the wait-list for a spring move-in!
