I like the look of the apartment and the price is in my price range.
Office ladies are very unpleasant, can't speak to the owner about what's going on. Takes years it seems to get stuff fixed but charge out the a** for rent just very unsatisfied with how its ran and how they constantly increase the rent.
I have had several serious maintenance issues that went ignored and were never fixed. I have had one working outlet in my bedroom. Maintenance never fixed the others. I have had my bathtub leak through my kitchen ceiling. Maintenance said they couldnt fix it because they couldnt locate the leak. My tub leans sideways from the water damage. My fridge and freezer seal has been broken since day one. Instead of replacing the fridge or replacing the seal, they shoved it back in. I didnt even get holders for the doors or a freezer shelf until 9 months after moving in and several requests. My freezer has ice build up all over it from an improper seal. My unit had paint spray all over the carpet, the interior doors would not close until I sanded them (with apartment permission because they refused to fix them). Today my air went out. Thermostat shows its turned to 58, but it reads 76 degrees. Instead of cleaning the coils and checking Freon, or attempting to call a heating and air company since they dont know how to fix it, management (Kelly) refused. Maintenance insisted it was working even though my u it was hit, thermostat was reading 76, and it was set to 58 to attempt to cool the unit. I was Offered a window unit in the living room (which doesnt cool the upstairs bedrooms). They hire people that dont know how to fix major things and management refuses to call professionals when its out of their league. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. These people do not care about you. They do not fix anything. Do NOT move here. Move anywhere else. These people are the definition of slum lords. Fairmont high school is aware of this place from the multiple complaints people have relayed to them.
