    I was trying to get an apartment here and paid what I had to just for them to tell me they were going to cancel my application. I asked if I would be getting some of my money back they said no, when I was told that the only thing non-refundable was the Application Fees. Then I was told I had to pay a holding fee of $75 for a apartment I wasnt getting which I should have gotten back but didnt because the girl in the office said she didnt say it was a holding fee. Then I ask why do they keep the money and what are they going to do with it they said to fix up the place...... well when is that going to happen because they aint did nothing yet.

    A Rip off take 50.00 application fee 75.00 holding fee and non of your money is refunded This is a big Rip off who has 225.00 just to give away YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF!!!!!!!!

    Office ladies are very unpleasant, can't speak to the owner about what's going on. Takes years it seems to get stuff fixed but charge out the a** for rent just very unsatisfied with how its ran and how they constantly increase the rent.
