New Apartments leaking water and backed up plumbing. New hvac units trip the breakers. Old pipes and electric has not been updated. Can't seem to keep a property manager for more than a few months. There has been 3 in just the last year!
Nothing ever gets addressed. Dirty questionable looking people on property 6 days a week employed for renovations. So If you enjoy paying to listen to construction 6 days a week. having water damage and sewage seeping in your apartment . Welcome to the Gateway to the Green.
