Have struggled a bit with maintenance and found them to be unprofessional. When fixing the fridge, they went thru my kitchen drawers and used one of my washcloths. I had to ask them multiple times to fix the air conditioner and had to argue a lot about the electricity in the basement, causing me to go several months without being able to use my dryer. I resorted to pleading to get it fixed. Building is alright, apartment isn't bad.
When we moved in the place was filthy. We had to clean it from head to toe.. Broken doors and window. Kitchen cabinet broken, no bars on the sliding glass door, no insulation around the doors. Our list is vey long. A few things have been fixed but now we are without A/C, its been over a week. The place needs outside repairs, painting, windows, screens, front doors, no screen doors.
The staff are friendly and helpful, but some things were never fixed from previous residents and become an annoyance
Staff are very professional and friendly. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Suggestion for the basement area in my building after I explored when moving in. The debris could be cleared for tenant storage. Also, I see a chance for derilicts or exes to be down there or criminals waiting to jump tenants entering or exiting. It feels unsecure to me.
