    The only good thing about living here was being close to the food and nightlife. Parking sucks!(especially in the winter) You have to walk across the street to the parking garage. If you park anywhere else youll get a ticket.(unless youre related to the lady that works in the office)If you live on the side of the alley, you will hear the trash company and all the delivery trucks early in the morning and if you live on the Main Street side, you will hear the police and fire department. The people that work in the office didnt care about anything unless you keep asking them and annoy them basically. The cleaning people came at all times of the day. Super early and super late! Neighbors dont care that other people live in the building. I lived on the 3rd floor and it always smelled bad. It super expensive to live there just to be close to everything! Live elsewhere if you can!

    Ive lived here for 7 months. Caroline and Tim are always ready to help even the most minor problems. Very modern, very convenient. The only issue being the construction. It's a wood framed building with laminate paneling. If you aren't on the fifth floor you will hear everything above you. Definitely does not feel premium for what you're paying.

    Nice location close to campus and downtown. I dont have to buy a parking pass for school because it is a close walk! Also I can walk to any restaurant downtown without having to worry about parking. The apartments are modern with updated appliances are great, it it came with a nice tv!

    I live in a single studio and love it! Avant has a great location, decent size, and great functionality. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice place with an even nicer location.

    I've had absolutely no problems since i've moved in! The apartments are close to campus, no noise disturbance, and excellent safety measures. The Avant 220 team and other tenants have been nothing but nice and helpful! The lobby and hallways are always clean and there have been no issues with receiving mail. High recommend!

    This apartment is too good to live in. The interior environment of the apartment is clean and convenient to buy the design. It is also located in downtown, so you can easily enjoy various cultural benefits. The gateway is also near, so it is very convenient to use the bus.
