I'm sure some people have bad experiences from time to time, but I honestly don't see what some people have been complaining about, especially about management staff. Mindy, Jillyn and Sarah in the office have ALWAYS been very polite and personable with my wife and I but still remain business professional at the same time.
The two maintenance guys have always been very willing to help in the very few times I've needed them. Any problems I've ever reported they've almost always taken care of same day within the hour and in only a select couple times did they need to come back later in the day or first thing in the next morning!
The apartments are nice, they just completely repainted the exteriors of all the buildings. The pond view and fountains are amazing.
The location is perfect, right next door to a Kroger grocery store, the very large Cloud Park across the street where they also have the yearly July 4th fireworks show at (where all you have to do is just step out either your back porch or front door) and you have the PERFECT view, without having to leave home! There is also numerous other events throughout the year! Within minutes of just about anything else you would need or want!
Some people are simply ungrateful and must always complain about something. Some people experience something but don't report the issue and instead leave bad reviews without giving one a chance to correct it. I think it is ridiculous. There are dozens of residents that have been here for over 15 years. We've been here for 5+ years now. That right there should tell you something about how great this place really is, for people to want to stay here that long.
Do not waste your time. Office staff was extremely rude and condescending (Sara) and when you email your interest, and explain what you are looking for, etc...the first 2 people will not email you back with HELPFUL IMPORTANT information such as there is a 3 month waiting list. Then if you ask to prepare 3 months, Sara will talk down to you. She has no business being a leading agent with that nasty attitude, then tells you to pay 50$ app fee, 50 to hold apartment. I couldn't stop laughing when I hung up at her nerve.
I moved here from Michigan and Ive been living here for a little over a year and absolutely love it. Its very clean, the staff at the office are very very polite and helpful. Maintenance always come when requested. Neighborhood has been safe so far, Highly recommended!!
I showed up without an appointment buy Jillian showed me the model. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the security on the premises. I most likely be submitting an application.
