What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Huber Heights

There isn't much to do since I live in a small town but we have a subway which gives great sandwiches and the sports bar catch 22

Most neighbors have been here for many years. Neighborhood is basically quiet, privacy is respected, shopping, restaurants, businesses are located close. Neighborhood is clean.

Well lighted area, yards maintained, and neighbors talk and watch out for each other. Within a mile there are several eateries, grocery store, and a elementary school too. About 2 miles away is a park for kids and families.

I like living in my neighborhood because it is quite and friendly. I also like that the local grocery store, bank and other eateries are in walking distance from my home. This is a great neighborhood to walk constantly, very safe and inviting.

I like the central type location. Near i70 and 175. Near Dayton..Huber Heights and Vandalia. Shopping nearby.

I love my neighbors!! I love that I'm close to schools!! I love that I'm close to work!! My lives just three streets over, so it's nice to go walking with her and my daughter!!
