Cheap living for a reason. I am currently living here and this place is disgusting and unsanitary. Roaches and other similar bugs infiltrate places that shouldnt be. Along with the bugs, the hallway carpets are never cleaned and filled with stains. The hallways reek, the entrance door is stained with black dirt, there is dirt everywhere everyday in every corner. The managers of this building have zero care for their tenants and it shows. They refuse to hire exterminators for this disasterous filth. 6/10 living experience. I dont have roommates and did not sign up to have share a space with roaches. Nice job picking brown carpet to camouflage roach activity. Additionally parts of the roof are falling off and has yet to be fixed. On the upside they like to have community activities to make up for the lack of cleanliness. This is not fine living, Simco. I do not feel comfort living here.
