Overall I am very happy here. Rent is steep but you get what you pay for. The apartment is very nice and maintenance is quick. Biggest downfall for me is the kitchen being too small.

Overall it's good. In my opinion I think those who continue to be loyal tenants yr after yr could be offered some incentive to renew with a decrease in rent instead their rent being increased every yr.
