The Pointe

I have been living at the Pointe with my wife and daughter since 2019. We moved from the New York City area for work reasons and decided on the Pointe as it was conveniently close to where my wife and I work and where my daughter goes to school. The most prevalent issues I have experienced are. Hidden charges on your rent. You will get an additional $50 or more on your rent and there is no explanation. So, check before you submit a payment. If you question the hidden charges your response from the staff is something like its in the lease you have to pay it. The staff never answers the phone anymore. When I asked my wife to call the office while I was there to dispute a rental surcharge, Camryn just picked up the phone and hung up - - TWICE! If a package is left at the main office, the main office no longer contacts you that a package arrives. You must check yourself. If you dont pick up your package. It will be returned to sender. There is no competent maintenance staff. If you have a Service issue, it will take a few days to resolve. For example, In March 2023 I was unable to lock my front door as the key fob did not work. It took 2 days to fix where we could not lock our front door. But, if your key fob does not work and you are locked out of your apartment late at night or on weekends, they tell you to call a lock smith. Locksmiths cannot fix the type of locks found at the Pointe. You are essentially locked out of your home. Dog feces is not picked up by some neighbors, garbage overflows attracting rats, and many times people from outside the Pointe drop their bulk items and old furniture. Residents are treated as adversaries by the staff. The staff at the Pointe expect you to be on your best behavior even when they manage to fluster you with their hidden charges, fines, and non-responsive service calls. If I knew in 2019 what I know now, I would never have lived at the Pointe. The place went downhill quickly. Avoid the Pointe.

Unfortunately this property has degraded since my wife and I moved in, being the original renters in the final phase. If you look at this property, I suggest you walk the grounds, see all the trash that is on the ground, dog poop everywhere, and make sure you visit the dumpster area. The dumpster area was so bad that I cleaned the area. I did leave the dead rat for the management to pick up.

I loved living at the Pointe, the amenities are always so clean! The office ladies are wonderful as well!

Office staff is extremely rude and pushy. I heard terrible things from current residents while driving through the property. Apparently management has really gone down hill in the past couple years. SAD because it's such a beautiful property! Will not be living here.

Let me start of by saying this is a very nice place to live. The office staff all of them are wonderful. However, the parking has continued to worsen. At this point within the month of June there has been three times I could not even park inside the apartment complex. Yes that is correct not even one spot inside the complex! At this time I dont see any changes being made to alleviate this problem. Which stems from many residents having more then two cars and guest ETC. Those have been asked several times to park down by the pool which they do not. I also want to throw out here that I dont think every apartment is even rented out; so there is no parking with more people to move in and nothing being done to regulate parking (stickers) so yes this is a beautiful place to live. Yes the office and maintenance staff is amazing but if you would like to be able to park even close or would mind not parking in the complex and walking 3-5 minutes this is not the place your interested in. Until change is made I cant say I would recommend anyone to live here.

Very nice complex all new.the office staff is great very friendly they will help with any problem u have..by far the best apartment I've ever lived at.
