I have lived in this apartment complex for several years and it was recently sold to a new company, Birge and Held. After going through a rough spot of poor management for a number of months, I am happy to say that excellent strides are being made to rectify and improve the problems the changeover caused. I compliment the fellow who seems to "live on the property" with pail and trash grabber in hand constantly picking up litter and emptying dog trash barrels. What a difference...rarely do we see trash anywhere on the property. That is just ONE positive change that has been made. SJF

Hilliard Station staff were very friendly and could answer any question we asked. Lovely apartments and all at great prices! Definitely #1 on our list so far!

Crappy apartments that have your car towed in a stop that has no signs stating you can not park there, in a time where people are not working and times are rough. They dont keep up on the property and it looks trashy. Shame on them!
