What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hilliard

It is close to highways and is located close to the city. The parks are small but nice and spread through out the town.

Neighbors all know each other. Houses and yards are nice and well- maintained. Schools are excellent.

The only thing keeping me here is that I'm retired and the condo is paid for. The area is near stores but the traffic is terrible.

I like the quietness, the friendly people, the safeness of the area. I like the food options and grocery stores.

It is a friendly neighborhood with good restaurants. In addition, it's a pet friendly area. Lastly, as an black american it is good to see a good number of black people in an excellent area.

It's in a great location, very easy to drive to stores, shopping, restaurants. The neighborhood also has easy access to highway but without the noise.
