Heathwood Village

I have lived at Heathwood since April 2022 and I am completely disgusted by the condition of the apartment I leased. First off they advertise completely false pictures as to what you actually get. They would not let me see that apartment or do a walkthrough before move in and had to ask me if I could move in a day earlier due to their lack of planning. When I moved into my apartment I immediately was frustrated as to how dated it was and the horrible condition of it. Under the sinks of the kitchen and the bathroom was massive water damage and black mold. At least one of the windows does not fully close or lock and they put tape on the top of the window instead of fixing it before move in. Part of the countertop is falling apart on the side by the kitchen sink. The wood laminate flooring around the stove and sink are completely curling. The fridge is covered in knuckle dents from a previous tenant and the freezer can't freeze water even turned up to the highest setting, ruining a ton of food before I realized it recently. There is insect feces leftover in one of the overhead cabinets. The toilet bowel has a crack in it and I had to fix the internal water valve myself at 3am because the rod completely rusted out. The hot water heater has been spilling out water all over the floor in the room it's in completely warping and ruining the floor. Every time it rains I have water come into my furnace from two different spots. ANNNND to top it all off I HAVE BIRDS LIVING IN MY DRYER EXHAUST!!!

I am waiting to explore the possibilities of lesing a apartment as soon as this virus bug is clear. Am very interested

My wife, daughter and I just moved into these apartments and we could not be happier! Our apartment is very spacious, well designed and quiet. Our neighbors are wonderful folks and Leahna, from the office made our move from our old house to here incredibly easy and stress free. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Drove around the neighborhood before heading to the office. Many units had unkept or just plain trashed patios. Many window coverings were in a state of disrepair visable from the street. Went in the office and there was a dog that was less than friendly despite the womens claim that he wasn't aggressive. It attempted to bite my hand and did bite my jeans, thankful it didn't break the skin or tear my pants. It was a small dog, however, this was enough indication that the office folks don't have the common sense to leave their aggressive pets at home. Can only begin to imagine how they must manage a complex if they can't even control their dog.

Would be sweet to live here love it
