The new property manager is super rude and extremely unprofessional

Huntley Ridge is a great place to live. the property is very inviting with the beautiful trees and landscaping. I highly recommend living there and the staff are great and do there best to meet your needs. They truly care about the tenants and the property. If anyone is looking for a great place and with affordability , that is also pet friendly. Than this is the place for you. Come be apart of our family.

Management is very bad about answering/returning phone calls(even in emergency situations). They never answer the phone or return voicemails. Half the time they won't answer their door. Problems in apartments are not quickly resolved. Sometimes issues are not even fixed even when asked repeatedly. It would not be a bad place to live if management took their responsibilities to the tenants seriously and took care of situations in a timely manner. Many units also have problems with bugs.

My cabinets were supposed to be fixed when I moved in I've lived here a year and they've yet to be fixed. My carpets aren't measured right they don't even reach walls to the walls in some areas & they come up completely off the floor because they aren't stapled down. they are clearly overdue for a replacement. My outlets are all loose and raggedy looking since I moved in. My hot water heater constantly goes out and I have to flip the breaker and they refuse to fix it. My kitchen has black mold

If I have something wrong with my apt, the landlady is to respond quickly. If they cant they tell me why, I lived here since 2007 and I was going to move out, because of all the riff raffe, but the landlady got rid of them...now it is quite..and I also was going to move because of a promotion...I still may..but not because of the turmoil I had.

I feel that the cleanliness of hallways and the outdoors is not presentable. There are broken rails in hall, stains, spider webs. The mailboxes are not locked and secure so mail can be sorted correctly. There is trash in the mail slots. I feel that if someone wanted to do a walk through and came in that would be part of a deciding factor about renting.

Lived here since 2015. Nice, pretty quiet spot. Nice walkable location, you can walk to the grocery store or gas station. Pet friendly. Laundry on site and another laundromat just a minute walk away. Last landlord was a bit difficult but the new management is good. Central air which is really nice. Recently renovated apartments have hard floors instead of carpet, which makes it easy to clean. Maintenance staff very helpful. Nice big field to walk your dog in, and you can walk up the hill into the woods that connects to a trail from the Community Center. See wildlife like deer and hummingbirds. Less than 30 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. Overall a good community of folks living here.

This was my first apartment back in 2010. I moved out and came back in 2017 when I had kids. Both times were the most hassle free apartments I've ever lived at. The office was never breathing down my neck, the rent never changed, and the view where I lived each time was great. I know the owners have changed a few times over the years, so I'm not sure how they are now. Some of my best memories are at this complex.

The raccoons are my favorite neighbors.

I submitted an application with a check for application fee (check was cashed not long after). Never heard a word back. Crickets. Free money? A learning lesson for me to do what I can to make sure I’m paying trustworthy person in this scenario.

Multiple friends are living here in different units. They’ve all said they’re having issues that NEED fixed. One of them has bed bugs and has reported it and maintenance nor management has done nothing to reach out. The other family that I know has roaches and had one crawl ON THEIR BABY. They have called the manager 3 times now. No response. Nothing has been done. The board of health is being contacted. Both living in these units have been here a little over a month and have had none of these issues in their previous apartment complexes. Something needs to be done about this.
