Shadow Creek

My husband and I (and our two dogs) lived at Shadow Creek for almost two years, and absolutely loved it. The apartments are well-maintained and beautiful - we actually felt like we could entertain in the space, unlike other apartments we've lived in. The staff is friendly and helpful - my dogs always looked forward to visits and pets from the awesome maintenance workers! Overall, I would have been happy to continue living there, but we decided we needed a house and yard for the pups! I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone in the Hamilton/Fairfield area looking for a beautiful and safe place to rent!

This place is fantastic! From the amenities in the community to the floor plans to the surrounding area everything is just right. Get in if you can!

Never move here. The owners are crooked and dirty. They will sue you when you move out and add false charges for damages you do not do and mysteriously lose your notice of not renewing your lease. The people in the office were nice, Ownership is horrible.

I am a current resident and out of all my 25 years of living this is the best neighborhood Ive ever lived in. Its quiet, spacious is an understatement. Easy parking. Maintenance is awesome and responds quickly. The only noise unfortunately is the people above us they sound like a herd of cattle all hours of the night. Balcony is big. The kitchen is beautiful. I love Courtney (office staff) shes amazing and helpful anyone will love Shadow Creek !

Im not sure what is going on at this property, but it has gone downhill. Quickly. When I moved in, a lady named Loretta was property manager and she was a completely clueless piece of nothing. They then got Brittney as property manager and the years she spent here was absolutely wonderful. Best property manager this property has ever had. Now? Nichole and Courtney are running the property and they are like 2 Lorettas. They are clueless, give excuses on everything, have no idea what is happening day to day. The changes that were made while Brittney was in charge was tremendous. Now with these 2 in charge? Its taken about 10,000 steps back. Definitely NOT luxury staff these days.

Lived there for three years. They don't have any interaction with their customers, unless it's telling them what rules they have to obey or fines they threaten to levy against you unless you follow dictated rules. Everything costs extra, on top of the already exhorbant rent they charge you. Appliances and building materials are subpar for what the cost of rent is. Parking is horrible, and be prepared for high cosmetic damage and costs from other parked cars. Management lacks basic customer service skills. The only benefit it was to me was the proximity to my job, which has now mercifully moved. Now I can finally move after the last three years of literally walking on egg shells (the kitchen tile cracked if you looked at it wrong - which you could lose part of your deposit for....). I am so glad to be leaving Shadow Creek apartments. -Matthew T.
