My son moved into this apartment complex over a year ago in 2017 - first time renter. The apartment was completely renovated except for the heating and air conditioning. So it looks great, but it is not livable. The day they moved in the air conditioner had run all day but was 85 degrees in this very small apartment it was cooler to open the windows. It took 3 days for them to supposedly fix it - not. During the coolest (in the teens) days this winter they were without heat for around 2 weeks. They were told to buy space heater and they would compensate them for the excess electric bill (which they didnt do). After a year of constantly filing maintenance reports, they still have the same heater and air conditioner. We are now in record high temperatures with heat indexes over 100 and their AC has been out for over 2 weeks. They were promised window unit air conditioners immediately and a replacement air conditioner by Friday (a week later). No window unit was received and temperatures rose to over 91 degrees in the apartment over the weekend. Mommy had to call to complain to get them a window unit. The next day, they did not replace the unit but did replace the condenser in the unit. After running for 4 hours, it is still 85 degrees in the apartment. So I don't recommend this place at all! They may look good but they are not livable and they do nothing but lie and put you off. Save yourself the aggregation don't do it. Corporate does not return calls and the Property Manager, Mary Ann does care - she probably gets a bonus by keeping maintenance repairs down. I rate this a Zero!
need dishwasher I can't say much more I have never lived there. The grounds are well kept.
