What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Groesbeck

My neighborhood is behind the mall and close to everything so that's nice, usually i goto fast food places or nice restaurants like red lobster etc

Very close to mall and restuarants and gas stations. A leasing office where you can talk to someone about your issues

Enjoy sharing a border with a park. Enjoy the community feel with neighbors. Enjoy that folks are cordial but not nosey.

I like that we are on a private drive with few neighbors and the houses aren't on top of each other. I like the fact that we are convenient to highways and local restaurants, shops, hospitals, doctors etc.
