I would like to start off by saying I have lived at the Boulevard at Green since they were first constructed nearly 4 years ago. The experience living here used to feel worth it and you used to feel as if you got the best bang out of your buck. Vision (The previous management property before May 2021) was substantially better. The new management company Banyan seems to be generic. The way Banyan manages the Boulevard seems as if they are trying to create a college dorm-style apartment complex rather than the Luxury Apartment Living Experience that Vision was trying to capture. Specifically: 1. As seen in the pictures the trash is always out of the dumpsters now (Im unsure if they couldnt use the same trash company as the previous owners) this isnt a once in awhile type of thing its weekly. Consistently you will see piles of trash outside the dumpsters feel free to refer to the other pictures in other reviews. 2. The management team doesnt really seem like they work for you anymore. Its almost a chore to get a maintenance request in or to speak with the office whereas in the past Bonnie with Vision Communities management would go out of her way to make sure you were satisfied and happy living in your new home. 3. The new management seems to take a lot of vacations for example they had 4 days off for labor day. Which in itself is not a problem, the problem arises when there is no one to contact for an emergency maintenance/apartment issue. There is a support ticket on their website which Im still waiting to hear back from as of 2 months ago and there is an emergency phone number they have listed which also seems unresponsive. The apartment locks are electromagnetic battery based and the batteries die faster when colder temperatures come in the Winter. Isnt the whole point of an emergency contact number when someones locked out of their apartment to be used in emergencies and not simply ignored?

Staff is incredibly helpful, professional and nice. Quality of the building itself is disappointing considering the cost of rent. The floors were advertised as sound proof: unfortunately I can hear my upstairs neighbors extremely well, anywhere from walking, using the restroom, doing laundry and opening/ closing cabinets. Unfortunately my whole apartment vibrates when residents use the main stairwell to go from floor to floor which makes sleeping very difficult (even using rubber ear plugs). A lot of outdoor noise is present when inside with all windows and doors closed. Amenities such as the pool, Rec room, and lounge are great: very well maintained and always clean. It is pet friendly with a monthly fee. Over all, nice, clean, new and open living space. Great location, close to the freeway and many restaurants and stores.

My husband and I LOVE living here. Its an awesome community and the staff are so friendly! Beautiful clubhouse and pool. They all adore our dog and give him some love and treats when we stop in the office. Its the perfect location and we moved into a brand new unit and havent had many maintenance issues. The ones we did have were fixed in a timely manner! Im glad we found this place when we did - its almost full now!
