    Ive been here for almost 9 yrs. Rent is cheaper than most Apts. in Geneva. There is always improvements being made here. Its a quiet little community nestled in but close to stores and the highway. Our manager aims to please her tenants and the owner does his best to keep the property nice and improvements done as well. I have only good reviews for this property. The cost for laundry is very reasonable.
