I currently live in this place with my family and wouldn't recommend it to my enemies, you will be treated in a very disrespectful manner. Maintenance and service are not in the Lexicon and you can wait for days and days to get your sink-flush fixed. No sense of urgency whatsoever, plus you pay a lot. beware, it is a very bad place.

This apartment complex over charges for everything! $35 to replace blinds that cost less than $15, they do not enforce picking up after pets! The maintenance staff is always behind, someone new every other week! You have to constantly call and follow up on request! They do not paint when residents move out! My apartment was dirty and dusty! My walk-thru was a disaster- holes in the wall, bathroom fixtures missing! They think b/c they replaced the appliances and put in cheap plastic flooring they can charge outrageous rent; which changes daily! The dumpster are disgusting, always over flowing with trash and raccoons etc.... after only a few months of living here there are bubbles in my walls in all rooms! I could go on and on but you should get my message.... DO NOT MOVE HERE, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY- you are only paying for the school district- which is not all that great!!!!

I have been a tenant here for nearly 2 years. I have had constant issues with the management. They performed an illegal entry into my apartment without notice. I was home at the time and quickly shut the door as i was just out of the shower. They then tried to force there way in a second time. I called the office and complained with no response. I then voiced the complaint in a survey and a week later recieved a note on my door saying they were exercising their right not to renew my lease. The issue is a power tripping property manager that has surrounded herself with a staff of friends. They make it a habit to ignor complaints, search for ways to fine good tenants and have an all together rule crazy approach to property management. Avoid this over priced community with immature non responsive management.
