They also need to have it as a clause because if anybody has any kind of thing on their background that you are not eligible for their small apartments, LOL. It sucks when we live in a age where you're background determines whether you Try to have a sense of security. Like having a roof over your head, you need to better your life. And IA little bit of background that was from the past. Can stop you from not having That But basically, if you want to waste your money on a application just to get that answer, go ahead, this is the place to do it.

I lived here from summer of 2016 til the end of 2017. This was before the updated look. Back then it was carpeted. But after looking at the photos, I still see the built in bookshelf and everything is exactly the same minus ripping up the carpet and painting. They all need gutted and remodeled properly. My first electric bill was over $500. The reason is because the walls are not insulated properly. And this was back when the rent was only like 375. When Id ask neighbors or the manager at the time I was told this is normal with electric heating. Im not naive and it wasnt my first apartment so I knew that was a crock of crap. I could feel the cold drafts pouring through from the attic access and all windows. I guarantee they havent changed any of that, especially after reading the recent reviews its gotten even worse. I remember the new management that bought them out was supposed to be some mega rich Arab company. Its a shame because the location is really great.

These apartment units are infested with mice. The closet where the water heater is located is not sealed off from the outside, so they run in between the walls and all over the kitchen when it gets cold. Exterminator wont seal off openings only poison so they die in the walls. Property managers dont care enough to renovate the building so get a lot of traps.

Was a resident till Feb 2022. This is an awful apartment complex, management is awful!!! I didnt have heat in my apartment for the literal whole year I was there after asking to get it fixed about 5-6 times they came out and said it was a part they couldnt get then horses me around for months till I eventually stopped askingthe last two months I had a new born that was so hard to keep warm because of the no heat . No manager on site and the new looking apartments arent that nice my 7 yr old nephew with a plastic hammer and paint brush couldve put together something better, take an actual look at the place when you get there because at first it looks nice till you look at it longer than 10 minutes. Unfinished trim work, spotty paint jobs, water heater tried not working as well, all around cheap work for a cheap look. Do not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Also this isnt just a rant because Im mad after u take a tour wait around and go knock on a neighbors door and ask their opinionI promise you I am not the only person who doesnt like this placemore so the people running it.
