I have lived in the Lawn Village apartments for 7 years now and any time there is an issue it is resolved within 48 hours. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Everything was good except for the laundry.when I moved in they told us that they were going to add more machines in every building. Other than that everything was great!
I absolutely love my apartment. Love the city, love the location. I like the people that work there. However, it takes months for things to get fixed, parking is horrible and not monitored, the rent is extremely expensive, public garbage cans never get emptied in a timely manner and when they do the bags are left next to them instead of put in a dumpster, loud music is an issue but nothing is ever done by management. I love my apartment, just wish some things would improve.
No up to date appliances in our town home is very disappointing, no dishwasher, old stovetop, old oven, old refrigerator ! We have stayed in better places with the newest appliances and paid less. Also has a TINY one bathroom!! Feels like a downgrade from our 2 bed 2 bath high rise apartment. Maintenance is awful and did a rush job to finish before we moved in; nothing mounted right, botch job in kitchen & bathroom, stepped on a nail from new carpet, took 5 months to come fix huge crack in wall!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
