Loved my apartment. Disliked the managerial staff. Maintenance staff sucked. Didnt respond to work orders. When you call the office, no one answers, so you have to physically go to the office every time theres an issue. There was an animal in my ceiling for months. I called about it multiple times, and they stated that someone from the outside had to come and handle it but no one did. Any maintenance issue or work order put in doesnt get responded to. The only good thing about living here was my 1400 sq ft apartment with vaulted ceilings for $897 a month but then when it came down to renewing the lease for the next year , I found out then that my apartments rent went up to $1100 plus the utility fee. No one bothered to send me a letter about the rent change, I was left to find it out myself. Disorganized, unprofessional staff. I will never live in a grey star community ever again.
Should you live here? Depends, when something crucial to daily living breaks, when do you prefer it to be fixed? Right away? Tomorrow? Next week? Next month??
If you selected any answer besides Next Month you should look elsewhere. Our hot water has not been working properly for over a month now with no end in sight. Our oven was broke for 3 weeks until we threatened to keep our rent in escrow until they fixed it (and, magically, it was fixed a couple days later!).
When vital utilities are broken, the leasing office drags its feet in its repair, giving little to no information why.
Wildwood was recently bought out by Gold Oller and we were hoping that the change in management would mean better and faster maintenance. If anything its gotten worse.
It seems like a nice place, but save yourself the eventual headache and find somewhere else to live.
Horrible office staff who talk about their residents. We were shown a town house and signed a lease under the assumption that the one we were shown was the one we were renting and we were given a completely different one that has obvious water damage in the living room ceiling and the upstairs bathroom. The laminate flooring is bubbling and coming up. When something breaks and you submit a maintenance order it takes them at least a week to fix it if they believe you. Most of the time maintenance comes out and says theres not a problem until the toilet backs up and floods to whole downstairs. No assistance in cleaning up the issue and no money off rent for damages items and damaged floors. Horrible customer service by management. Worst place to rent in this area.
This place had a terrible bug problem. The maintenance sprayed it didn't help. I could not wait to leave. Doesn't deserve any stars.
This apartment is too expensive. I would recommend this to someone who can afford it.
