Oaks At Woodridge

Everything is great so far! There's a squeaky door here or there and it gets noisy from 5pm to 9pm, but that doesn't bother me or my roommate since we usually work the evening shift at work. Very quiet during the day and everyone settles down by 11 or 12 at night. Lovely interior. It's worth it to get the top floor. The hallways and stairwells are wide and we were able to move a three seater couch up three flights without much hassle. The washer and dryer hookups are a great feature. Our floor plan gives them their own little room. It's so nice to be able to do laundry without leaving my apartment. Great place. It has some minor flaws like a tightly hung door and the locks at this place are a bit of a pain. Otherwise nice location. Would recommend.

I loved this apartment, but ultimately it came down to one problem - bugs. It is an older complex and I believe the bugs were there before I came and though I paid for treatment and kept my own things very neat, bugs came again and again. I would recommend checking very thoroughly in the unit you consider living in here. Otherwise, the apartment complex was very nice.

Nice setting, good neighbors and quiet community.

I moved from a house to an apartment for the carefree living lifestyle and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office and maintenance staff were always very friendly and fixed any issues I had within 24 hours of me reporting. The grounds were always kept clean and safe. I would highly recommend The Oaks to anyone. The apartment walls are thick so I never had noise issues with any neighbors in four years. There is ample parking for all residents and guests. In a nutshell I loved living here and was a little sad to leave.

Upkeep is poor. Wish I had a dollar for everytime I heard from maint , and office staff. The building is just old. Guess that explains all the bs fixes. Or taping bullet holes...

They are very easy to work with. Maintenance staff is wonderful with fixing things on time and efficiently
