I enjoy living here. The office people are nice & the mtnc guys do a great job, my patio door shattered & they contacted me within minutes of my call. The rent amount is avg for the area. I like having my own utility room with my own washer & dryer. The closet space is great in both bedrooms. I don't hear my neighbors which is good. Most of the neighbors are very nice. They don't bother ppl with tons of notices & they don't nitpick either. I'm on my 3rd lease now & I plan to do a 4th. The grounds are kept decent, snow removal is good. Overall it's been a great place to live

1000 a month plus 50 for water & 225 for electric. Furnaces r 40 yrs old. AC cools to 74 or 73 if u want to run it all day. Works ok at night. Mtnc "fixed" it 3 times, it's my fault & they're mad at me now. I stay because they allow lg dogs. If ur dog is restricted breed it's ok now, just say it's mixed. Even if they find out they'll let u stay. Pool jacuzzi broke last yr but still not fixed. No events for the community. Never c office staff. Poor snow removal (I fall every winter, my friend falls 3X each winter) Washer/dryer rooms in each bldg but machines only every other bldg. Everything is 40 yrs old, windows, furnaces, etc. U can pay rent online for 2.75% extra. Main door locks but intercom won't open it for guests, they "fixed" that too. If u get new carpet, it's so cheap the nap wears down in 12 months. They use contractors for anything mildly complicated
