The leasing office really only cares about the aesthetics of the place. If you actually need work done on your apartment it had better be an emergency. Their partnership with Cincinnati Coin Laundry makes laundry cost an arm and a leg on site. Staff don't care if your neighbors blast music late at night.
Hi I was helped by Maria in my quest to find an apartment she was very in tuned with my needs gave me all the information I need and more I am very happy with the apartment its amazing!!!! I recommend anyone apartment hunting to come to Fairfield Pointe and ask for Maria
I have lived here for 1 year and wanted to move from a basement apartment to an apartment with a balcony. Everyone in the office has been so helpful. Cory explained and showed me all my options, and Lauren has been so helpful and patient with all my questions, and getting my paperwork straightened out. Anytime I've stopped in the office for anything Makayla has always been kind & helpful. Maintenance has always responded within 30 mins to 24hrs. The grounds & pool are clean. I have No complaints & couldn't be happier. I would highly reccomend this complex to anyone.
Fairfield pointe has a beautiful community and the office staff is so friendly!
ally was excited to move here, however to my surprise I was quickly disappointed. On June 23rd, two weeks before I was supposed to move into one of their townhomes, I viewed the townhome I was actually supposed to move into and it was not ready at all. The carpet was dirty, the vanity was not in in the bathroom, the oven was in yet, and some other things. (I have several pictures to show what the townhome looked like at that time, but for some reason it wont upload them. I discussed my concerns with a few people in the office including the assistant manager and they reported to me that the townhome would be completely move in ready THREE days before my move in date. Keep in mind, I gave them a deposit the middle of May, which was plenty of time to have the townhome ready way before 3 days prior to my move in date! No apology, no money off, no accountability, nothing. They did complete everything in the townhome three days prior to my move in date, however, at this time, I am already frustrated with their lack of efficiency and called the manager, Corey, to respectfully decline the townhome. I have called Corey twice now and left a couple messages, seeking my deposit back which in THIER lease, guarantees my full deposit back within 30 days of move in (which I also made a copy of). I have yet to receive a call back, which even further assures me that I made the right decision by not moving there. Also, Please beware and THOROUGHLY look over the lease before you sign. A lot of things I was not in agreeance with and had I known sooner, I would not have considered moving there at all.
