Cobblestone Grove

The description of this property is laughable. Don't even consider this an option in your apartment search - management is horrendous and unprofessional, they make so many false promises and do not show common courtesy to their tenants (i.e. not calling before entering your unit for a work order even when you specify they should, misspelling names on official documents, not notifying you of water shut-offs, etc.). The management company, Morgan Properties, sees its residents as nothing more than dollar signs. They will nickel and dime you WITHOUT providing the quality that you are certainly paying for. There is absolutely nothing 'luxury' or high-quality about Cobblestone Grove Apartments. This place is extremely low-value just like the property managers, maintenance team, and the entire management company. Never lease here if you actually care about yourself/your family & surroundings. But, if you don't have any standards whatsoever, then Cobblestone Grove is a very viable option! Seriously though, you WILL overpay for the quality you get. I truly wish I had just kept looking.

UPDATE: ALL pools open on may 29th (memorial day) NOT COBBLESTONE GROVE ! It is over 100 degrees outside (sweat is literally falling down my face) and EVERYTIME you call they is saying in 2 weeks. Well its been 4 weeks These reviews should be enough for everybody to RUN !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Ive been here just about a year and the experience has NOT been great ! Ive had problems left and right ! With roaches ! And maintenance being completely lazy ! And now Im more upset because Ive NEVER been late and I had ONE issue with my bank and caused me to have to reprocess my rent payment AND GUESS WHAT ! Cobblestone charged me a $175 late fee on top of a return fee of $25 after I already explained what happened and they told me it should be no issue! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! On top of them now sending a letter with the rent going up $100 and if I dont sign the new lease they are charging an additional $600 each month on top of the rent to go month to month! And now they are going on year two here of NO SWIMMING POOL ! Shame on you Cobblestone ! -a current resident

They charge an abundance of needless fees to nickel and dime their tenants. Staff and maintainance are incompetent. There were many maintenance issues with the apartment when me moved in and had to constantly call to have things fixed. We didnt even get a mail key for the first 2 month. The office staff had to keep coming over and opening the mailbox for me. If you pay your rent even 1 day late, the late fee is $160. Avoid at all cost!

What an awful place to live! The people is the office Yolanda, Megan, Terrence, Jason. None of them are caring or understanding about residents. They hire anyone to do maintence work, which takes forever to even get done. They may respond but I doubt it! When they do respond they do such a poor job! The complex only cares about money, be careful they might just decide to tack on $200 to your rent because they feel like it. There are cats EVERYWHERE! It's disgusting, they sit on the cars and everything, The office managers are so nosy you can even walk outside the wrong way without them complaining, I wish I never would've signed a lease here. The inside of the unit are pretty old and everything has been reused hundreds of times. They make it seem nice with the show unit but it's an awful place to live and I do not recommend it.

This place looks nice but it isn't. When we first moved in they gave us a different apartment then the one they initially showed us. It's very old and since being here for less than a year, we've had to get a new stove and water heater. We've had issues with bugs, mold and now lead. They tell us it's not mold or lead but the drywall company said it is. So we're calling the health department for them to check. They have wild cats outside that the neighbors are feeding. They keep saying they know whose doing it, but they won't do anything about them. There has to be like 8-12 cats in one area. The maintence guy does the best he can but he's one person so he's never quick to respond. The staff is super trash. Masa is new and she's super rude and disrespectful. If I were you, I would go live in a cardboard box. I can't wait until our lease is up.
