What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fairfield

I like that most back yards are fenced in. Also everyone seems to decorate for the holidays which is great to see and puts us all in the holiday spirits!

Working class, many children of all ages, many many dogs whom most are walked in the neighborhood. Not near stores, etc.

You can walk to just about any place you need to use. There are good restaurants nearby and the folks are pretty friendly

Close to highways, restaurants and shopping. There is low traffic, close to schools; mature trees. From here we are close to Fairfield's green and we are very close to a great hospital and Jungle Jim's.

It is quiet. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby as well as the hospital. There are plenty of shopping centers in the area too

It's a small neighborhood. Dead ends. It has a park with in walking distance and no above ground wires so it's safer for children.
