Charter Woods

This is my seventh year with Charter Woods -- I'm clearly loving it. Keep up the great work, Charter Woods, and many thanks for making my life pleasant.

Homeless and living at Gatewa for men on Nicholas Road. I wil be very glad to be out of this place as it is considerably less than a reasonable place to live. I am looking for a quiet place where I can live in relative peace for the rest of my life. I think, if the [rice is right, tha this is the place for me.

This is the only complex that had a continuous dialogue with me. Everyone I talked with was pleasant and took care of all my concerns! I am looking forward to my move in date

I was going to move in last month but had to cancel due to work requirements. I was impressed by the friendly, informative staff. The place looked beautiful and the apartment I was shown was spacious. I have reapplied . Fingers crossed - hoping to be accepted.

I am amazed by the way this apartment complex is ran. The complex is ran with the highest ethical, honest, and all around true professionals. My 1st experience ever living in an apartment and was so worried until I met "wonder woman" YES Cindy is a real life super hero and you just don't meet many like her. I truly appreciate all the ladies at the front office because they bring a standard of accountability that keeps this entire apartment complex clean, nice, and full of good respectful people. The apartment complex provides such a charming and truly a warm home feeling. Honestly I could have chosen any apartment complex but as soon as I met Cindy I knew it was the "right place". Even though it's not a fancy complex, it's real and down to earth. Being humble and kind keeps you grounded. I will always recommend and speak highly about "Charter Woods" This place will always be part of my life that will live on close to my heart. Thank you to the front office staff - You ladies make this place wonderful, please don't ever feel like your not touching lives or making a difference----YOU ARE!!! To anyone looking for an apartment this is definitely your place on 1 condition: Come here if you understand the biblical saying Mark 12:31

Management is kind and professional. Good apartments.

I lived here for 2 years. Cindy, Wendy, and staff were exceptional. They really acted as pillars of the community. Thanks to them I was able to add a cat to my family and move in and out without a hassle. I've never found anything about the property unreasonable nor unpleasant. Repairs were made quickly and done well by the staff. Thank you for being so awesome, I hope the quality of the property persists beyond my tenancy.

My husband and I have loved living here! There is so much green space that it kinda feels like you live in a park, and maintenance and staff have been super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
