Worst staff of any apartment complex I have lived at. Very immature and frustrating to work with. I wish I would had read the reviews before moving in. Trust me you do not want to is here.

Lived there for a year and a half in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome. Great price for the Dayton area. Enough parking, pet friendly, own community, close to everything. The only down fall is you hear and smell (cooking) your neighbor. Got most of my deposit back. I would rent again.

Would give 5 stars but I'm only a potential resident. I CAN tell you that the young lady that took me on my tour was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.. The grounds were well kept and the units are updated, and residents are given several options to make the units uniquely their own!

Channingway

We offer ample parking, two sparkling pools, a playground, tennis court, fitness center, we are pet friendly, and have garages available for an additional fee. All of our apartments do come with washer and dryers in them. We are also very conveniently located to Wright Patt AFB, Wright State University, and tons of entertainment, shopping and fine dining. We tour Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm, Sat 11:15am-4:30pm, and Sun Noon-3:30. If you have any other questions or would like to schedule an appointment to tour please let us know.
