i got a $200 water bill cause they didnt repair a leak in a timely matter. The pictures they use are edited. property manager is rude & nasty.
I have lived here for a year now and so far it has been pretty good small stuff here and there but that comes with a apartment
Do not live here. Everything about this place is terrible, especially the staff and management. Simply awful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Definitely need new management.....AGAIN!
Pros: Quiet, (fairly) affordable, easy to find parking, 1 bedroom flat apartments have quite a bit of room (perfect for 1-2 people), A/C unit included, huge bathroom.
Cons: Wasn't given 24 hr notice before my apartment was entered (which is illegal), multiple issues with plumbing, hard water (my skin has never been so dry!), they don't maintain the outdoor area (leaves have built up around the steps, there's trash on the sidewalk, around the dumpsters, & all over the wooded area near the parking lot - that's been there for about a month now), can be noisy during the weekend because the majority of the tenants are young 20-somethings (college students/Air Force), they don't do a good job of cleaning before you move in (which is gross), weird smell in the hallways (a strange mix of cleaning products/weed/food), and they do the bare-minimum when it comes to maintenance requests.
I've been here three years and I regret my stay the longer I live here. I should've left when my last lease was up but decided to tough it out. They've had two different management companies in the duration I've been here and there's a new face every time I go to the office. Maintenance has one guy working for 360 different buildings so if something's broke, don't expect them to rush out to fix it, and most of the time they don't come at all. The buildings are cute, but they've been around so long that the upkeep just isn't worth it. I was told that our leaking, moldy basement is our problem, and that they can't do anything about it. Rent continues to increase to a ridiculous amount and with this new management, they got rid of the student discount. The pool doesn't open until a month into summer. Parking rules aren't enforced. It's just a headache. There are better, more affordable options in the area.
