The response time for repairs is excellent, however some items could not be fixed

I absolutely love where I live everyone is pleasant and nice. Madeline Hewitt-Hunt (Property Manager) is the best she does what she says and she has the best personality you wont leave her office without a smile and laughs. Overall the property is well kept and I have no issues I enjoy coming home to Summerwood Commons.

Madeline is the sweetest person i have met showing me an apartment. She makes you feel welcomed and you want to move in already. A 5 star is not even close to how impressed i am, i wish i can grade her higher

Madeline is an excellent property manager!

I moved in last month, and the whole process, from completing the application to being handed the keys, has been really smooth. This is the first apartment I've ever signed a lease for sight unseen (due to geographic reasons prior to move in), and Daphne, the property manager, was wonderful. She walked/talked me through the unit and community, answered all my questions, and helped me feel knowledgeable and empowered to make a decision that was right for me. The rent is very fair, and I am really impressed with how clean the unit was at move-in. I can tell that Daphne and the maintenance team (I've had the pleasure of interacting with Russell and Daryl) take pride in this community and making sure the tenants are living in a clean and friendly environment. The area feels like a residential community with several smaller buildings and trees surrounding the property. When I moved it, the carpets were brand new, there was a new paint job, and the unit looked and smelled clean/refreshed. Any questions I have, I can contact Daphne and she will reply promptly and respectfully. The unit is very quiet during the day, which is really helpful for folks who might work from home. Cats are allowed (with application/paperwork). Laundry is in the building, parking is free/included, and there are several layers of security with keyed entry. My neighbors have been friendly, and I am so pleased to call Summerwood Commons my new home!

I have been staying in Summerwood for about a month, and this is my first apartment. It’s a beautiful place overall. They make sure that they keep up with the lawns, which is beautiful. The rent is affordable as well, it's an excellent price. The people seem cool, now the only thing that I would say that is a challenge is the spaces fills up fast & at times it’s hard to find parking spaces that’s near your apartment complex. That is the only major issues that I hope soon does get rectified but other than that it has everything beautiful thing that you need.
