        I have lived here for 3 years now. When I first moved in the pools were open staff was friendly I felt like I could talk to them. Now the out door pool has only been open have of the season but you still pay full price for your pool pass. Some staff is nice other are just rude and it makes you feel like your bothering them when you ask them questions smh I called and told the customer service lady 2 years ago about how my window leaks when it rains and nothing has been done, how I bleach my ceiling in the master bath and nothing has been done. My dishwasher is so loud I cant watch tv when its running because i cant hear my TV. I asked one of the maintenance crew if I could get another if they were in stock and he said oh as long as its running they wont change it. And dont get me started o. The elevator they are down almost every other weekend.
