The Vineyards

I lived in The Vineyards for seven Wonderful years. The Property manager is the best I've come in contact with and their maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of maintaining the apartments. They are dog/cat friendly a plus, as long as your immediate neighbors pick up after their dogs, but you can report them if they do not. They just put in a pool awhile back and it is Great. I wish I could have stayed.

So far, I've had a great experience living at the Vineyards. I first looked at this location around December of 2016 and my son and I really liked it. I looked for other places for a few months and somehow I ended up choosing this place after comparing all the other places I looked at. The staff is super friendly and helpful! And when I say the staff I mean everybody from the office staff to the yard maintenance crew. I really feel at home here and when my kids come over they really have a blast. I would highly recommend this place as a must if you're looking to lease.

Have lived here for about 1 1/2 years. The office is great and easy to work with. Quiet complex. Plenty of parking and the parking spots are wide, which is very nice. Have not had any issues while living here.

If I had friends I would encourage them to live here. It is clean, quiet and friendly to pets and people. It is nice to see children playing outside as the weather gets nicer. Its a great place to call home.

Jennifer is a great property manager, she's very kind and does a great job taking care of her residents. I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance and office staff here. Keep up the excellent work.
