Grafton Park

Honestly where do I start! I walked into a home at Grafton and it felt like home! The warmth inviting layout got me! And then I met the property Manager Mariah and Pam, When I say very sweet , down to earth and professional! The vibe was just there! My interaction with Mariah was inviting she was very hands on and patient! The property is beautiful I cant wait to apply and become a resident here! My whole experience was great!

I had to find an apartment quickly while quick selling my home to a cash buyer. I wasn't thrilled about moving into an apartment, but, after visiting a few complexes, I found Grafton Park. Right from the start, they were different from the others and that credit goes to the staff, they were far friendlier and more helpful than the others I had met (and have been great since I have moved in). I have lived here for about a month now and it has been great, I have even had a (small) maintenance request that was resolved quickly. The rent is a bit pricey (then again is it ever not?), but compared to the other complexes that I toured in the area, I would argue that Grafton Park has the best value. Check it out if you're looking for a place in the Dublin area.

Nice place with modern apartments. The pool and theater room are excellent. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful. Internet service thru ATT never has outages or problems. Other utilities are also reliable and priced at standard residential rates. Maintenance staff is highly responsive on the few occassions I called. The front desk staff is well organized and great attitude. Grafton Park is right next to a delicious Indian food place and cozy neighborhood bar. Fun place to live!

First, I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years since college, so this was a process for me. After viewing several higher end communities, Grafton Park exceeded my expectations. I recently moved in and have to say that not only was the process simple, it was streamlined and most everything done online. Chole and Lindsey made the transition easy and delivered everything they said they would do. I entered a very clean updated apartment and this exceeded my expectations. As for the the workout facility and pool it five stars, clean, modern and really a neat place to enjoy. As a company owner, I know you can only be as good as your front line staff. Champion has a great staff at Grafton and they made the difference in me deciding where to move.

Rented from them for roughly 2 years, and it is a great property. I never had to file a work order because everything worked great. The grounds are well maintained and the club house is great. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking! Plenty of parking as well! Lindsey and Kristen are super friendly, helpful, and a great asset to the community.

Grafton is amazing! We just moved in and love it so far. Lindsey and Kristen are awesome. The pond is amazing to look at and there are so many fantastic amenities! I would highly recommend this community.
