I would recommend Camden Place to anyone looking for a safe, clean and quiet community. I have lived here for 2 yrs without any issues.

I have lived here for 3 years now, and would highly recommend Camden Place. There were some small items when I moved in, but maintenance was quick to resolve my issues! The most recent management team is excellent. You can tell they are passionate about what they do!

We have just moved to Camden Place a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. Were already friends with our neighbors and talking to other people here a lot of people will call this place home for a very long time. The apartment is spacious and the staff and maintenance guys are awesome. It is also a very beautiful complex.

I have been here now for 3 mths in one of the newly renovated units. Its absolutely beautiful. Great layout with finished basement and storage area. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful to work with and the maintenance crew are quick and efficient if there are any issues. Its a community with all age groups. Would suggest living here to anyone lookin for a nice, quiet yet fun environment.

Take LUXURY off the sign. Kitchen cupboards smelled. Model had painted white cabinets. Apartment had old worn pickled finish ones that were dirty.waiting for painting. Sinks, tubs, floors, light switches, air vents, windows not clean. Walls repaired, but not painted. Carpet was not replaced. It was cleaned, but large spot and some small ones remain. Expecting repairs within the month. 1 toilet working properly out of 2.!Toilets are short! They were replaced within a week. Garbage disposal was also repaired. Dryer vent clog was repaired. Everything should have been done BEFORE we moved in. Originally told would get a renovated apt. Then told just the carpet replaced. Then told 15 hours before move in, that carpet was only cleaned and a spot remained. Nothing luxury here.
