Dont waste your money. Terrible management and unprofessional staff. Buildings and units are not taken care of. Will be leaving once lease expires.

My husband and I just moved in last month, but I wanted to give an initial review of our time here so far. Linda at the management office is such a gem- she gave us our tour and is so chill. We've had a minor issue here and there as you do with any rent space, but everyone was on it. We had a water leak in our utility closet and maintenance was at the door within 20 minutes of me calling the office, so kudos to the office too. Maintenance folks are super nice and efficient! It's a pretty clean and quiet complex close to Kroger. Our townhouse backs up to the pond which is great for walking our dogs. I was worried about having a good space for them since they're used to a fenced in yard, but they like walking around the pond area! And our neighbors are very nice and respectful. As far as the actual living space goes, we have the updated townhouse which is clean, spacious, and a nice open concept downstairs with cozy (but good sized) bedrooms upstairs. Enough space in the second bedroom for a twin bed and my husband's gaming set up, plus great closet space in both rooms. A lot of counter space in the kitchen makes it feel bigger than your average apartment kitchen, and I adore the double sinks in the master bath. Lots of natural light too in the main living areas. It's fair to say that everyone has their own experience with anything, and not every apartment is going to be perfect, but I'm basing my initial review on what I personally deem a quality living space and the response to any issues that come up rather than the issues themselves (which again so far the only real issue is the one leak incident, which was simply fixed with a new A/C filter). I say that within reason of course- if we had moved in and everything was falling apart it would be a different story. I more mean, the property can only control so much at the same time, and they aren't responsible for what your neighbors do, so I would keep that in mind when reading some of these other reviews.

Do NOT apply here. They refuse to give my refundable deposit back. Linda hung up on me today, which happens every time I call to check on the status of the mailed check from weeks ago. Filed a complaint with the BBB and hired an attorney to get deposit back. Worst people Ive ever dealt with!
