What Renters Like and Dislike About Delaware

Nearby park and playground. Fire station is up the street. Families are friendly and we have lots of friends. Groceries and restaurants nearby but not too close.

I love that family is close by. The city is growing very fast, new businesses are popping up, but we are still a small city and have close relations with neighborhood.

I like seeing people have a good time in my neighborhood and seeing people not have to worry about being killed since the neighborhood is nice.

The people are fantastic-well educated and caring. We are close to fine restaurants-parks-recreation and entertainment venues.

The neighbors are nice, there are no crimes, and houses are beautiful and elegant. I can leave my key on the ground and a neighbor will put it right outside my door and it wont move.

The neighbors are friendly and help each other, the bar is clear and not all smoke and alcohol, the whole environment is very nice, suitable for everyone
