I enjoy living here. My 2 bedroom apartment could use some updating but overall is very nice. Office managers are consistently pleasant but consistently lack follow through on non-emergency maintenance issues. I cannot figure out what it takes to get action or at least feedback. If this were different, I would definitely give 4 stars. Pleasant environment here.

Michelle the manager is absolutely fantastic, the maintenance guys are ALWAYS on their game, Craig is awesome! The whole team works great together to always make sure everything is taken care of and take pride in what they do. They truly care about their residents. We're young and only have rented once somewhere else and this will be were we are staying until we buy a house. We have a 2 bd 3 bth townhouse with a garage and its bigger than some houses I've been in. No matter whats needed if they can help they will!

I moved in last year. Animals live in the attic (they knew before I moved in) there is a huge hole on the side of the house where they gain access. I told them over five months ago about... nothing has happened. I live by the woods so there are a lot of bugs in the house. We go in and ask about it getting sprayed the only response we get is theyll come Tuesday its been like five tuesdays now. And what really Puts the icing on the cake is that its two days past Memorial Day and the pool isnt even remotely ready (not even water in it) and with no explanation to the residents ( they should at least email us) all the while other apartment complexes around us opened their pools two weeks early. The only convenience here is the price.
