Your homes need updated. I gave a 2 star because the young lady in the office was so sweet and professional. She deserves the 5 star.

Things are still not fixed that were on our move-in checklist from almost 2 years ago. AC is not working for going on over a week. Every day that it is supposed to be fixed, the excuse has been, "an emergency came up and we didn't have time, a part needs ordered, ANOTHER part needs to be ordered, it's now the weekend again and it's going to have to wait till Monday." Highly doubt it'll be fixed then either. Not considered an emergency apparently so emergency maintenance is a joke. JUST got a window screen to open windows to help with not having AC. Management is hardly reachable to even put work orders in. A week ago all residents received a page long poorly written letter about how even though the office hours are nauseatingly inconsistent, rent is due regardless. Do not move here...trust me. I want out so desperately I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.

My brother has been living in these apartments for almost 9 months not even a year. Every time we call the office know one answers. On August of this month my brother went home and there was a flood of water everywhere. So he called the office no answer call a few more times no answer. So we took all of his things out of the apartment because we didnt want his things to damage from the water. He then called the office back the next day and know one answer he left a voicemail on the last call. So he beside to get a new apartment and move closer to Columbus where he works because this apartment complex doesnt want to answer. So the next day they called back and they they will send out the maintenance man my brother told them he thinks it coming from the A/C unit but he doesnt know he is not the maintenance guy. So the next Day the maintenance guy comes look at the A/C unit says to him he thinks he knows what the problem is and he will come by tomorrow to fix it. So he came the next day he said he fixed the water leak and all I seen him do is clean the water up from the floor. So he went to work in Columbus stayed at my house in Columbus for a few days. After a few days went by I was going to Dayton to visit a friend and my brother asked me if I could stop by the apartment to see if there was no more water leaks I said of course. So I went to Dayton and went to his apartment first and as soon as I went inside the whole floor was flooded with water. There was mildew on the walls and floor the whole kitchen dining room bathroom for countertop everything was ruined the carpet and the cheap flooring was damaged. So I called my brother and told him everything he got off the phone with me and called the office back and no answer so he called me back asked me to go to the office. As Im walking to the office a lady is walking out and locking her door and she said she was closing. I told her what was going on she got in her blue van and follow me over to my brothers apartm
