Cheap but nothing works cant get them to fix anything we have had nothing but problems with the new managment Not worth half what we pay in rent and the "remodels" are a joke they put in some new counters and some carpet (not water proof ) cheap paint and up the rent. Meanwile ignoring the numerous other ishues like no ac or heat.

I lived at Wayne estates 10 years ago came in to rent and the new company has change it so much looks nice

This is a wonderful place to stay I enjoy the peace and quiet the pool and the apt it's self this is truly home
