I had a horrible experience with Apartments. Nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner, there was thing wrong with the apartment when I moved in and never got fixed. There was a mold problem in my bathroom and when I told her they came and painted over it. Switches didnt work, dishwasher was broke and didnt get fixed until 6 month into the lease.

I lived here for a year. In that time I never missed my rent payment, I never caused the manager any grief, always kept my apartment spotless, and let her use my apartment frequently to show to prospective renters. On the day of my move-out inspection the manager and two of the maintenance crew came in, spent fifteen minutes in the apartment, and declared that the carpet had to be replaced. The manager told me there was a urine stain and asked if I had had pets in the apartment. I told her, no, assuming that since she had been in my apartment multiple times, she would know that there had been no pets, nor evidence of pets, nor paraphenalia of pets. A month after I moved out I got a bill in the mail for the cost of the carpet. I called the manager that day to dispute the charges and she told me she was busy and would call me back. She called me back three months later to tell me that they had moved the oven (when? No idea. I know someone else moved in shortly after I moved out) and found cat toys. I then got a second bill in the mail that I have since disputed. I made multiple calls to her office (she claims to have no record), and to DBC Communities all of which have been ignored.

We have never disputed that the resident was not a good resident while residing with us. However, the issue is not about if they were a good resident or not. We will not move someone into an apartment home that has pet urined carpets. It would not be fair to the new residents. All apartments are checked at move out. The carpet in the living room was brand new carpet/pad when the resident moved in. Upon inspection of the apartment at move out, the carpet probe kept going off. The carpet was pulled to view the backs of them. Unfortunately, there was pet urine spots all over the back of the new and old carpet. At the time of the move-out, the resident was offered to view the carpet so that they saw what we saw but declined. Cat toys were found during the turn of the apartment home as well, not after the new residents moved in as stated above.

Contact was made to the resident. She was not ignored as stated above. There was recorded communication on a few different occasions. Unfortunately the account had been sent to collections because it had not been settled.

Stoneridge is a quiet, peaceful and convenient place to live. I have enjoyed my year here, and I am only leaving because my financial situation has changed. I wake to bird songs and the rustle of tree leaves every morning. The pool is beautiful and cool in the summer. Stores, doctor's offices, the hospital, the gym, and route 70 are in easy reach. There is a park with a walking path minutes from my door. I have never had a problem with my neighbors, parking, etc. Maintenance is quick to respond to problems. No apartment is perfect, but Stoneridge very quickly became home for me! I'm sad to leave!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The customer service of Denise and Jill are 2nd to none. I appreciate their concern when it comes to matters of my apartment. I especially appreciate my requests being completed in a timely manner. This area is safe due to the zero tolerance of staff, maintenance, and the resource officer.
