Called and was very informative regarding the property.
The property is kept in good condition and any maintenance is done in a very timely manner. My only concern is when update (remodeling) is necessary, why the process takes so long and why an increase in rent when it makes the apartments more valuable and appealing to the nest occupants
I have no problems everything is good.
I was very happy here until the last few months. I have cancer. At times I am quite sick and weak. According to my lease the complex offers laundry facilities, it is an inconvenience, especially in the winter, to walk outside to the end of the building. Several months ago the laundry facilities were locked up without giving the tenants notice. For months I have been told it is being remodeled and should be completed within 2 weeks. That was months ago! This is a breach of contract!
I was suppose to get a carpet cleaning and a fan in the wall at the time of my lease and they have not done either one! By law you have to update apartments if you rise the rent ! Every year my rent goes and it seams like my Amenities are taken away .. I used to have a laundry room at the end of my building they closed it down and it's been closed for 8 months now!!! I would not recommend this place poor management in the office!! Thank you for your time
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
