Trash overflows every week. 2 shootings, one most recently as a couple of weeks ago. Domestic violence between couples are rampant. Balconies rotting since I moved in 2014. Bathroom ceiling still not fixed since May 2019. Rent goes up every year.

I've been here since 2019 I don't plan on moving. There are somethings that need to be fixed however they are making improvements. The pool is now open. Considering the economy rising prices I'm good where I am.

If you like CLEAN RUNNNG WATER this isn't the place for you. If you want modern apartment spaces this isn't the place for you. If you like work order request to be completed on time find somewhere else. All the pictures are lies, there's no basketball court. All the gym equipment is broken and tennis court is a zombie trap. If there is another pandemic they will be the first to evict you. Keep you kids away from here. There are stray animals loose.

This place is a dump. The only thing they do is cut the grass. There is trash everywhere! The balconies are about to cave in. The workout room looks like an abandoned dungeon. The pool has not been open in years. The tennis courts are full of cracks. They will say they are going to fix something and never do it. They do not return call. They are rude and incompetent in the office. It has actually become a bad neighborhood.
