The whole winter I had no heat! They told me to put the oven on and open the oven door to keep warm! Much later in the winter they gave me an electric space heater! What if everyone had a space heater what a danger that would be! I had the same carpet for almost 11 years. Well you can imagine! The elevator and hallway carpet was filthy! Black mold was growing out of control in my room. We had a bad episode with bed bugs then after we were told it was under control it was ongoing from then on. We never knew when they would appear again. Think twice potential tenants!
