I have lived at Huntley Ridge for over a year now and could not believe most of the reviews I saw...I moved into Huntley Ridge in 2018, so things may have changed but I have had an excellent experience thus far. The office staff is very quick to respond and very helpful with any issues or questions I had. The apartment itself is very nice and updated as well. Definitely recommend living here!
I am a former college student at the University of Dayton and I have lived at Huntley Ridge for two years while completing my degree. I just recently moved out due to my completion of school. I read some of these reviews and I am rather floored at what people are saying because this doesn't sound at all like my experience while living there. Whenever I needed something they were always there for me in a timely manner but maybe I just got lucky. The staff had always treated me respectfully and I them. I'm not sure about anyone else but I believe they are on top of their game as far as I'm concerned. Anyway, I'd recommend living at Huntley to anyone, but that's just me.

Stay far away! My garage flooded every time it rained hard. They wouldn't fix it, they said it was the city of Kettering. I had multiple plumbing issues, fuse box was in neighbors garage. You lose power often out here and walls are paper thin. The worst part of this complex is the office staff. Seems friendly at first-very unprofessional, rude, and blames everything on the corporate office who you can't contact.
No one called back. Poor PR.
