I used to live there 3 years ago .. the apartment was old and cracking ... the walls are not isolated .. you can hear through the walls .. beneath and next to you ..the landlord is more than rude and once you move out they charge you for all the broken stuff that was already broken when you moved in .. I really dont recommend this place.
They charge you for the mistakes they do. The apartment water in winter in a good "cold water challenge" and the light of sun hardly you see that
Sad apartment complex. The landlord (or whatever she is) was nice moving in But once you start living there, she's super rude every time you talk to her. They make you fill out a paper within 2 days of move in of what's all wrong with the apartment which isn't nearly enough time bc this place has a lot wrong with it. Our floors dips in by the bathtub, caulking along the rim of the bathtub starts peeling really bad, had a leak in the ceiling that was never properally fixed. Can still go on. Do not recommend.
Don't really recommend this place. The management was nice when moving, but after that became rude. They give you 2 days after you move in to write down on papers they give you to tell what's wrong with the apartment which is defintely not enough time. Someone put some sort of caulking around our bathtub that is all peeling off, poorly painted walls with paint in cabinets and even carpet, ABNOXIOUS neighbors, and plenty more. Can not wait to move.
This apartment has an irresponsible staff called mikie. Always can't prompt reply my mail, I sent five emails asking her how to pay the deposit, she did not have any reply, finally told me the house was rented for others leave the deposit made. It's really bad compared to other apartment workers
