Eagle Ridge

This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff in the office are amazing and very flexible with working to meet residents needs. This is a prime location with every kind of restaurant and retail store available within 5 miles. The property grounds are kept clean and in a safe area, I've accidently left my wallet dropped in the parking lot overnight and had every dollar the following day more times than I'd like to admit. I hope this review is helpful in showing why I was happy here and would recommend the place to anyone looking in the area.

I have gone to the office several times about my maintenance issues. The previous management was bad but I am having concerns now about new management. My dishwasher doesnt work and never has. My kitchen lights have been out almost a year. My air conditioning just stopped working (we'll see how long this takes) and my oven door doesnt seal so my knobs melt or fall off. The manager keeps telling me that someone will replace my lighting because they're upgrading the lighting and fix my other concerns but NO ONE has been by yet!!!!! I just found out the was no filter in my furnace (which was the reason for my allergies flaring up with so much dust). They told me dp&l were going to people homes replacing things but the skipped my place....its just so disrespectful and I really like living here.

I lived here about three years ago in two different places both a villa in a townhouse absolutely loved it there and Im considering moving back in may
